MEET CHEF MARLENE BERNSTEIN
I am an entrepreneur and passionate natural food chef with over 8 years experience in the food industry. I am classically trained in French cuisine, but I derive much of my culinary inspiration from my Mediterranean roots. My love of cooking was ignited during a summer abroad in Florence while I was studying photography. Needless to say, Italian food is one of my favorite cuisines. My favorite cooking technique is braising and my favorite ingredient is fig, because they are pretty close to perfect. When I am not in the kitchen you can find me at the local farmers market, traveling or squeezing in a last minute dance class.
